On September 29th,2016 I turned 30 and released my first collection of songs/ album under the name The King Of Nothing Nowhere. ‘Jewel-less Crown’ is a semi-nostalgic, lofi compilation of years of songs throughout my twenties that have come to exist either by experimenting in the moment or through moments, or laying down/ reworking some songs that had come to be instead of letting them be forgotten. Dabbling in acoustic, electronic loops, experimental folk punk, poetry, and written, half-written, and winged songs, I figured I would share this collection as something not to be forgotten, as making these songs as helped me over the years, and it’s important not to forget where you come from and the bad as well as good times for means of growth.
All original creations, either re-recorded or re-worked, or created anew in some way by Christopher Brown, ranging approximately from 2008 to 2016 while living in Wilton, South Glens Falls, & Saratoga NY, and Burlington, VT.

previously I posted some live videos of William Rees performing at Spring Street Gallery in Saratoga and mentioned one of his other projects, Curling Hands – a psyche/noise, one man, one electric guitar, many pedals, type of heavy, loud, doom, wall of sound with occasional hard to make out shrieks and screams. Much different from his instrumental, finger picking, acoustic guitar, soar around the country feeling music. He also does stuff with a viola but that’s for another time I suppose…
So here are two clips from his roughly 20 minute performance at Groundzero at RPI in Troy, NY 2/19/13
